What is a QR code and what is it used for?
A QR code, short for Quick Response code, is a type of two-dimensional barcode that can be scanned using a smartphone or a dedicated device. The code can contain a wide range of information, but in this case it contains the URL to your personal menu app.
How many categories and products can I create?
You can create as many categories and products as you need as long as the total menu weighs less than 1MB, excluding images. 1MB is equivalent to a thick book of about 600 pages.
How many photos can I add to each product?
Each food item (product) can have a maximum of 4 high quality photos.
Can I try it before I susbscribe?
Yes, you can try it for free for 14 days. No credit card nor payment needed for the trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). We use Stripe for payment processing and we don't store any credit card information.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the "My Account" section. Once cancelled it will run until the end of the billing cycle.
How can my customers access the menu?
They can access your menu through several means. The most common one is by scannir the QR code with their phones, the can also enter the URL in the browser or they can reach you meny by any links that you place on the web.
Are subscriptions paid on a monthly or yearly basis?
You decide, you can pay in monthly or yearly basis. By paying on a yearly basis you can save over 15%.
Do I need to install any software?
No, you don't need to install any software. You can manage your menu from any device with a web browser. Preferably a tablet, desktop or laptop computer.
